Our vocational school continues its activities on the campus of Gökçeada Applied Sciences College.
Educational Infrastructure
There is a multi-purpose meeting hall in our school and it is equipped to meet the needs. Our meeting hall, which has sufficient equipment in terms of ventilation, sound and lighting, can meet the meeting needs of other institutions and organizations operating in Gökçeada in addition to in-school activities and most of the meetings in our district are held in this hall. Our school uses 8 classrooms.
Meeting Hall: Our vocational school has a modern meeting hall with a capacity of 165 people, where scientific activities such as conferences, seminars, panels and presentations are held and where the furnishing and sound system are designed at a sufficient level. In our meeting hall, in addition to our academic staff, experts in their fields have the opportunity to exhibit their scientific studies.
Seminar Hall: Our school has a 65-person seminar hall and is equipped to meet the needs.
Research and Development Areas
Our college has a fully equipped library consisting of 1,336 books. Our college library is organized in a way that responds to many of the functions of university libraries, such as providing various information sources that the academic staff, students and other users of the university library need due to their education, training and research activities, providing and organizing reading and study areas for different purposes that will enable more effective use of information sources, helping the user group develop their reading habits and evaluate their free time according to their characteristics.
Social Areas
There are basketball and volleyball courts used in our students' social and sports activities and a hall where they can play table tennis.
Technological Infrastructure
High-speed internet service is provided with Eduroam secure connection technology on both campuses where our college continues its education and training activities. Electricity, water and heating systems work effectively on both campuses. In addition, there are computer rooms for use by academic staff and students and for use in basic and advanced technology courses.
All of the classrooms in use at our college have desktop computers and projectors.
